Mauricio owns the diagnostic side of VANDFORT: what gets measured, how a leak is quantified, and whether a system has actually earned the right to run.

The audit's method and the proof gate. He defines the metrics the diagnostic scores, the way a leak is traced from the record rather than inferred, and the evaluation a system has to pass before it touches a pipeline.
That gate exists because of where he comes from. An MLOps background - Kedro, MLflow, DagsHub - is why VANDFORT ships systems with their evaluation attached rather than adding it afterwards.
Background
Revenue Operations across fintech and B2B SaaS. He currently runs Sales Operations at Edenred Payment Solutions, which means the practices VANDFORT sells are ones he is also accountable for inside a large payments business.
Salesforce and HubSpot on the platform side, advanced SQL on the data side. MBA from IESEG School of Management, and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes with a concentration in business strategy and finance.
