Firm lead and GTM engineering. When the audit reads your Salesforce or HubSpot, he is the one reading it - tracing a leak back to the record it happened on rather than inferring it from a dashboard.
He then builds what the audit names, over the stack you already run, and takes it through the test it has to pass before anything goes live.
Background
Clay, HubSpot and Salesforce on the platform side; APIs and SQL where the platforms stop. That combination is why an operating map can be drawn from the records instead of from what a team believes its process to be.
He treats AI as a delivery multiplier rather than a feature - Claude, coding assistants and custom automation are how two people build at the depth this work needs.
