Every price we charge, published.
Four offers, four numbers. No 'contact us for pricing', no scoping call before you can find out what something costs, and no discovery process whose real job is qualifying your budget.
GTM Audit
3 weeks$5,000
fixedThe front door, and the only thing we sell to someone we have not worked with. A 45-metric diagnosis of the whole revenue engine, every leak quantified in dollars, and an Operating Map naming the one system to build first.
- 45 metrics scored across GTM, Sales Ops, CS Ops and Revenue Intelligence
- Peer benchmark comparison against companies your size
- Leak quantification in dollars, per gap
- The Operating Map - your workflow traced end to end, each step labelled RULES, AI or HUMAN
- AI-readiness assessment: whether your data can support AI at all
- A 90-minute walkthrough with both of us
- A 30-day data room with everything we produced
System Build
about 8 weeks$15,000 - $35,000
fixed, scoped by the auditOne named system, built in your stack. The range is the honest one: the spread between the simplest system and the most involved is real, and the audit is what places you inside it before you commit.
- One system at a time. We run one build in flight - that is capacity, not scarcity marketing
- Built in your stack, not on a platform you have to keep renting from us
- Graded against a golden dataset of your own past cases before go-live
- The 85% gate: below it, or on any uncaught unsafe action, it does not ship
- Yours at the end - the code, the prompts, the rules
Run
rolling$4,000 - $10,000
per monthWe operate what we built. Priced by systems under management, never by hours - an embedded team billed on availability is the model we exist to replace.
- Priced by how many systems we run, not by how many hours we are around
- Autonomy moves up a ladder: watch, then approval, then conditional
- A one-switch emergency stop at every level, yours to flip
- Three Run accounts maximum, so the operator on your account is not spread across nine
Data Readiness Sprint
3-4 weeks$8,000 - $12,000
fixedWhat the audit recommends when the data cannot support a system yet. Cleanup, enrichment, routing. There is no AI in it and we say so - putting AI on top of bad data propagates the mess at machine speed.
- Deduplication, normalisation and the field-level repairs the audit named
- Enrichment where it changes a decision, not everywhere it is possible
- Routing rules that match how the team actually works
- Ends with a re-measure against the audit's baselines, so the improvement is a number
What we don't sell
Naming this is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in week three.
No hourly billing
Hours are an input. You are buying a system that passes a test, and the number of hours it took us is our problem, not a line on your invoice.
No open-ended scopes
Every build is one named system with a fixed price and a scope you sign. A scope that can grow is a scope that will.
No retainers priced by availability
Run is priced by systems under management. Paying for a person to be reachable is the fractional model, and its ceiling is exactly why our clients left it.
No strategy decks
The audit produces an Operating Map you can build from, not a recommendation you have to have re-interpreted by whoever implements it.
One build in flight. Three Run accounts.
This is the constraint that makes the proving step real. A firm running six builds at once cannot grade each one against a client-labelled dataset and mean it, so it stops doing that and starts calling the go-live decision a judgement call.
If we are full when your audit finishes we will say so and tell you when the next window opens. Your Operating Map does not expire, and it is yours whether you build with us or hand it to your own team.

Start with the number that decides everything else
Which leak is biggest, and what it costs you. Three weeks, $5,000 fixed. Everything else on this page is a decision you make afterwards, with evidence.
